Vivo facilitates returns based on the policies of the original product manufacturer. While we will advocate on your behalf to help process any returns, please note that Vivo is not liable if the manufacturer does not approve the return.

At Vivo, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our comprehensive return policy, designed to provide clarity and assistance throughout your shopping experience.
GENERAL RETURN GUIDELINES
MANUFACTURER RETURNS
CANCELLATIONS
Most products and services are cancellable prior to shipment or fulfillment. If you need to cancel your order, please do so before the product is shipped or the service is fulfilled.
RETURN APPROVAL AND FEES
Restocking Fee: If a return is approved, a restocking fee may apply. This fee is determined based on the product and its condition.
Refunds and Credits: Upon approval of a return, customers will be issued either a refund or store credit that can be used for future purchases.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In Transit: If your package is damaged during transit, do not accept it. Instead, contact a Vivo representative immediately to arrange for a replacement.
Post-Delivery Damage: If you discover damage after delivery, please report the issue within 48 hours so we can facilitate a replacement.
Defective Items: Defective products may be eligible for replacement within 30 days of delivery. Most manufacturers offer at least a one-year warranty that covers such incidents.
VIVO CARE SUPPORT PACKAGE
Vivo Care: Our premier support package, Vivo Care, offers coverage for the replacement of defective products. This package can be renewed annually but must be purchased at the time of the original transaction.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Items that are considered special orders may not be returnable, or returns will be at the discretion of the manufacturer.
BUY AND TRY PROGRAM
Certain products are eligible for our Buy & Try program, allowing customers to purchase a unit and return it for a full refund if they are not satisfied. Products that qualify for this program will be clearly marked on the product page.
